The rules

Pixar story artist Emma Coats posted the 22 rules of storytelling. Alex Eylar shares the LEGO version.

Mack

Cars was just on Disney HD today, so it's a good time to post fvin's great Mack.

Sailing, sailing, over the bounding main

Michael Huffman built this Disney Cruise Line ship as part of a 2008 GFLUG display in Downtown Disney Orlando.

Cosplay

I have to admit that I don't know exactly what's going on here. What I gather from some Googling and Wikipeding is that Nakagawa Shoko is a Japanese pop star who is known for wearing costumes, so here TKH shows her as Donald Duck.

More ghoulish riders

I've been meaning to post this, so in a follow up to yesterday, Jordan Schwartz also made some Hitchhiking Ghosts.

Going my way?

Also from Walter Boy, the Haunted Mansion's Hitchhiking Ghosts.

Horace Fusslebottom

Next up in Walter Boy's series of Haunted Mansion MOCs is the caretaker.

Madame Leota

Walter Boy has started a series of Haunted Mansion MOCs, beginning with Madame Leota.

More Mickey mosaics from Arthur

While looking through Arthur Gugick's stream to find a picture of yesterday's featured mosaic (though I ended up using one taken at BrickCon, because it was a better photo), I was reminded that Arthur has come back to Mickey for mosaic inspiration on other occasions, like this never-completed (because it was knocked down and destroyed) Steamboat Willie and another headlight mosaic.

Mosaics

I'm surprised I haven't already featured this here, but Arthur Gugick's great sorcerer's apprentice Mickey was on display at BrickWorld.

Mosaics

TheBrickMan made these wonderful mosaics for his sons. Lucky kids - these may be my favorite LEGO mosaics ever. Though I have to agree with a Flickr commenter that I'd find it tough to fall asleep with Mike's huge eye watching me.

Okay, I'm going to swerve dangerously off-topic here and also feature his non-Disney/Pixar mosaics, because these are just too great to pass up.

Princesses

Can you identify each of Kaleigh O'Hara's princesses?

Mack

Nathan Proudlove made this amazing version of Mack.

Brave

Pixarfan1234 posted this Brave set on Cuusoo.

Barker bird

This parrot (here by Henningbirkeland) used to sit outside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride inviting passersby to come in. Now he's in one of the scenes inside the ride.

Phineas

As it so happens, my kids are watching Phineas and Ferb right now on the Disney Channel. Chris Howard designed this mosaic as a group build at BrickMagic earlier this year.

Donald's car

Esbenkolind built Donald Duck's car.

Wreck-It Ralph

If you went to see Madagascar 3 or Rock of Ages this past weekend (and box office results suggest you're more likely to have gone to Madagascar 3), you saw the trailer for the upcoming Disney film Wreck-It Ralph (here by Notenoughbricks), about a video game character. You can watch the trailer and play the game on the official site.

Maleficent

Unitronus gives us the climactic battle of Prince Phillip vs Maleficent. You can even support this on Cuusoo.

Mickey's Choo Choo

Dirupti made Mickey's Choo Choo from the early Disney cartoon of the same name.
